Stuffed vangi with green masala...
1.make a slit to brinjals(small white ,light purple) 10 to 15 ,to stuff masala.
2.grind dhania leaves at least 2-3 wati.,green chillies 5-6 medium spicy., ginger grated-1tabsp..,garlic 8-9cloves.
,jeera 1tsp.,salt,little sugar(otional) in a mixer in to rough paste.do not use water to grind.
3.stuff this masala into brinjals.
4.take oil in the pan.make tadka of udid dal,rai,whole red chillies,currypatta,and haldi.
5.add stuffed brinjals in to it.fry for 2 minutes.then add very little water to cook.keep lid.
6.ready to serve with chapati or rice as a side dish.
