CHICKEN KHEEMA PATTICE..

This Pattice is very yummy..& very easy to make .Mostly I make this on Christmas Day.all kids love pattice.We can make Pattice with different stuffings as with Mutton Kheema,or Vegetables,or
Greeen peas.This a most favourite dish at my home.


INGREDIENTS..
1.Chicken Kheema- 250gms.
2.Onion-1..Finely chopped.
3.Grated Ginger paste-1tsp.
4.Grated Garlic paste-2tsp
5.Oil-2tabsp for making stuffing,& to shallow fry
6.Pepper Powder-1/4tsp.
7.Red chilli powder-1/4tsp.
8.Garam Masala powder-1/4tsp.
9.Salt-asper taste.
10.Potatoes-4-5
11.Bread slices-3
12.Green Chillies-Finely chopped-2
13.Tomato Ketchup-1tabsp.
14.Dhania Leaves.

PREPARATION...

For Stuffing...wash chicken kheema.In a pan take 2tabsp oil ,add 1 finely chopped onion.,1tsp grated ginger,1tsp grated garlic,2-3 finely chopped green chillies,fry till onion get soft,then add chicken kheema,Add less than1/4 tsp pepper powder.1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4tsp garam masala,or any other available masala,salt,.stir it nicely..cook till chicken gets cooked..then add 1tab sp.tomato ketchup..cook till kheema gets completely dry..then add dhania leaves..keep aside..

FOR OUTER COVERING..Boil 4-5 potatoes.peel & mash them,add 4 bread slices dipped in water & squeezed fully,add 2 finely chopped green chillies,1tsp grated garlic,salt,some dhania leaves.mix together &&make dough..take 1 big round ball of it on a palm..& flatten it & keep stuffing on it ..cover it properly.press it & make round shape .. .. then roll it in corn flour ..& shallow fry it from both sides till brown.. & serve it with tomato ketchup or any other sauce.

Tastes good when you serve it with thin Sev..

Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole With coconut Garlic Chutney For Breakfast..

 Lacy Neer Dosa or Panpole.. Here is recipe. Ingredients... Rice...1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut.. 1/2 cup. Sugar.. 1 tsp.(optional ) Salt.. as per taste. Water...as needed. Oil..For Frying Dosa Method... 1-soak rice for 3-4 hours in water. 2-grind rice,grated coconut,salt and sugar(optional )with water in a fine paste. 3-add some water and make that paste thin to spread dosas. 4-take non stick tawa and spread thin dosas on it 5-apply some oil on tawa to take out dosas easily. Coconut Garlic chutney.. Grind fresh 1 cup fresh grated Coconut ,  4 to 5 Garlic cloves, small piece of chinch (Imli) 2 or 3 Whole Red Chillies n salt with some  water. Chutney is ready to serve.

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney)

Rice Oondi (Undi) & Lasun (Garlic) Gojju (Chutney). Recipe.... Ingredients.. Rice Idli Rawa...2 cup Fresh Grated Coconut... 1/2 cup.. (4to 5 tabsps) Water...4 cups. For Tadka.. Oil.. 2 tabsps. Rai..1/2 tsp. Curry patta.. 8 to 10 Whole red chilli..2 or 3 Hing..1/4 tsp. Salt...as psr taste or minimum 1tsp. Sugar..1tsp.  Method.. Wash 1 wati idli rice rawa & keep. make tadka of oil,rai,red chillies,curry  patta,& hing. then add water .. while boiling add rawa,2 to 3 tabsp.grated  coconut..salt, sugar. mix it.& make it dry  like upma.. then make round undies with hand..make a  small whole in the middle.. steam it like idlis..undies r ready to serve... Serve it with Lasun Gojju. Lasun (Garlic ) Gojju ( Chutney) Recipe... Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)
