Fish Masala.. Recipe.. Wash n Clean Fish ..I have used Pink Sultan Ibrahim (called Rani Fish in Mumbai )...5to 6 pieces. You can useany fish or prawns. Add salt and 1/2 tsp.Haldi in it.n keep it asie. Shallow Fry these pieces in oil.. Make puree of 1 big Tomao in a grinder. Take 3 to4 tab sp.of oil.. I used that fried fish oil. Add 1/2 sp.of Kalonji. (Optional). Add 3 Finely chopped garlic.. and 1 green chilli chopped.. stir for few seconds. Add 1tsp.of grated or paste of ginger garlic. Stir it.then add 1/2 tsp.Chilli powder, Haldi1/2 tsp. And add ready Mix Masala powder1tsp. Fry it and add Tomato Puree .add salt.n mix it..when it gets fried n well mixed add some water as you need gravy. Then add Fried Fish pieces.. keep lid n boil it for 3to 4 minutes..
