My Thali Today...Nogli or Kane (Lady Fish) Curry ,Karela (Bitter Gourd) Kachrya or Karela Stir Fry., Stuffed Green Masala Pomfret Fry , Prawns Rawa Fry, Batata Soang.( Red ,Spicy curry),...n...Rice.

 Nogli or Kane (Lady Fish) Curry Recipe..... 1. Clean n wash Nogli Fish. Apply somme Salt .n  Haldi. Keep aside. 2. Grind 1/2 cup  Fresh Coconut ,1/2tsp.Haldi,  5..6 whole red chillies, Dhania Seeds,  3 to 4 Black pepper whole, with  1/2 cup of instant coconut milk powder  n  Water as needed .n make Fine paste. 3. in a pan take this ground masala..add salt,  kokum, 2 green chillies long cut, small Ginger  piece crushed..1/2onion finely  chopped.add salt  as per taste add water as much as you need for semi thick  gravy.. Boil  it properly,,then add Fish in this curry  n just give a boil..Lady fish cooks very fast . 4. Make Tadka with Coconut Oil n 1/2 finely  chopped Onion.Add it in Fish Curry., n serve. Recipe..                                                                                                  Wash n chop round thin slices of Karela.. about  2to 3 cups. In a Pan take 2to 3 tab oil.. after it becomes hot  add karela slice

My Simple Thali ... Tomato Goad Lonche or Hot n Sweet Tomato Chutney. Garlic Tadka Dal ,Cauliflower Talasani , King Fish ( Surmai Fish ) Rawa Fry , Kairi Tokku...n....Rice

 Garlic Tadka Dal... Recipe.. Pressure cook 1 Cup Toor Dal  till Dal cooks very  soft.. then mash it or mix it till no  Dal  grain remains.  Add water as much you need.. keep for  boiling..add salt in it.. add haldi in it.. mix it.. boil  it properly.. keep the thickness of Dal as you like. Make tadka with Ghee add cushed lots of Garlic  n Whole Red Chilli pieces ..Fry till Garlic  gets slight Brown..add tadka in Dal.. Lasun  Tadka Dal is ready to serve. Red chilly powder - 2 tsp. 4. turmeric - 1/4 tsp 5. Jaggery - 2-3 tbsp 6. salt as per taste. 7. oil for tadka - 2 tbsp 8. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp 9. hing - 1/2 tsp 10.methi seeds(fenugreek) - 1/4 tsp Instructions:  1. In a fry pan make tadka of oil, mustard seeds,  methi seeds, hing, turmeric, red chilly powder. 2. My Thali Today... Mixed Vegetables Sambhar..or Kholombo , Raw Banana Skin Chutney , Potato Jumping , Kakdi Kocholi , Crispy Cauliflower Bhajiya...n...Rice

 Mixed  Vegetables Sambhar..or Kholombo Recipe.. Mixed Vegetables  For Sambhar....Drumsticks - Small Onions-French Beans- Cook tur dal in pressure cooker till very soft.  make pieces of,tomato ,& make long pieces of  drumsticks n, French beans,small  onions , ...boil all the vegetables with some salt . For Sambhar masala... roast 1tabsp of dhania seeds,1/2tsp of jeera, 7-8 methi seeds,6-7 black pepper,  1tabsp.chana dal,1/2tsp of udid dal,5-6 curry patta, pinch haldi, hing, then add 7-8 bedgi  whole red chillies. finally add fesh 2tabsp of grated fresh coconut.roast it properly in few  drops of oil.make fine paste . ( Or you can use Readymade Sambhar Powder instead of  this ground fresh masala..) add some imli juice in it. or grind imli with this.. mix mashed cooked tur dal, this ground masala or Sambhar Powder.  add water, add cooked vegetables. add some salt ,gud .boil it properly. then add some  dhania leaves. make tadka with oil,rai,curry patta, red chilli, & n some Sambhar
