Simple Ambemohar Rice Pulao with Fresh Green Peas. Recipe... Wash 1 bowl of Ambemohar Rice.n keep it for 15 minutes. In a kadai take some Oil or Ghee .Add 2 Lavang Small.piece of Dalchini, 1 Tamalpatra or Tejpatta, 1 Green Elaichi. n saute. Then add washed Rice, 1/2 bowl Fresh green peas.Saute for 2 minutes.add 1tsp.Ginger ,garlic paste. Saute again.add 2 Green chillies. Add some salt. If you have Fried onions you can add it.. (optional ). Saute .. Then add little of Garam masala. Or you can add Shahi Biryani masala .mix it. Add 2 cups of hot water. Keep lid ..and cook it on low flame till Rice gets well cooked..
