Khaman Dhokla .. Recipe... Besan...1cup Rava..1tabsp. Eno..1tsp. Water..1cup or little more or less as per need. Salt..as per taste Sugar..1 tsp.. Green chilli n ginger crushed or paste... 1tsp. Haldi..pinch or as needed. Lemon juice..1sp.( you can use 2 tabsps of dahi instead of lemon juice.) Ingredients for tadka.. Oil..2tabsp. Mustard seeds..1tsp. Til..1/2tsp. Hing..1/4 tsp. Curry leaves.. 5to6 Green chillies..3 to 4 4 tabsp.of water mixed with 2 tsp.sugar Dhania leaves..to garnish. Method.. In a bowl add Besan, Rawa, salt, sugar, haldi.. mix it nicely. Add water little by little as needed n make thick batter ready. mix it nicely. Add green chilli n ginger paste, lemon juice. mix it. Add Eno.n mix batter nicely. Beat it nicely n make batter smooth . Spread this batter on a greased plate. Make steamer or big kadai with hot water ready.. Then keep this plate with batter to steam. Steam it for 10 minutes keeping lid on it. Then switch off the gas.
