Haldi..pinch or as needed. Lemon juice..1sp.( you can use 2 tabsps of dahi instead of lemon juice.) Ingredients for tadka.. Oil..2tabsp. Mustard seeds..1tsp. Til..1/2tsp. Hing..1/4 tsp. Curry leaves.. 5to6 Green chillies..3 to 4 4 tabsp.of water mixed with 2 tsp.sugar Dhania leaves..to garnish. Method.. In a bowl add Besan, Rawa, salt, sugar, haldi.. mix it nicely. Add water little by little as needed n make thick batter ready. mix it nicely. Add green chilli n ginger paste, lemon juice. mix it. Add Eno.n mix batter nicely. Beat it nicely n make batter smooth .
