My Thali... Valache Birde , Navalkol Phodi ,Mashroom Soung , Takachi Kadhi.. (Butter Milk Kadhi .... n....Rice

 Valache Birde... Recipe.. Valache Birde..Recipe soak val for 6-8 hours in water.then remove  water and keep it over night in a warm place to get sprouts. grind coarsely 1 green chilli , 2 tabsp.fresh  grated coconut n 5to6 garlic cloves.., without  water..keep it aside.in a pressure cooker  make tadka with 2tabsp of oil, add 1/2tsp rai, 3-4  currypatta, pinch hing, 1/2tsp haldi.then add  ground  masala,add 1tsp kolhapuri masala,or  goda masala,or garam masala with red chilli  powder,fry for few minutes.then  add sprouted 3-to4 wati val.fry for some time.. add 1-2 kokum,.add salt n gud as per taste..mix it.. add little water..cook it for only 1or 2  whistles. garnish with dhania leaves...valache birde is  ready to serve. Navalkol Phodi... Recipe..  Remove skin from Navalkol. Make round  medium thick pieces. Add salt as per taste..add haldi n red chilli  powder..add crushed Ginger n garlic..add finely  chopped dhania leaves. Keep it for 15 minutes.. then roll it in rice  powder n fine r

My Simple Fish Thali After a Long Time.. Bangada Tikhle , Bangda ( Mackerel ) n Bombil (Bombay Duck ) Fry , onion ..n...Rice.

 Bangda (Mackerel )Fish Tikhle Recipe... clean 4 Bangda fish & make 2 or 3 pieces ...add salt,haldi and keep aside  roast10-12 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil for 1 minute. grind 2tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1.4tsp haldi,2-3 garlic cloves, 1/4 sp of Dhania  seeds, 3..4 Black pepper , 3 to4 Tirphala ,small ball of tamarind.make fine,smooth paste  with water. Boil ground masala, by adding some more water. add  Bangda pieces in it.. and boil it  for  5 minutes... sprinkle coconut oil on it..n cover it.curry is ready to serve.. cover with lid. Tikhle is ready..serve with Rice. Bangda n Bombil Fry.. Recipe.. Clean n wash fish pieces n make 2 pieces of Bangda n Bombil..slit Bombil to make it flat. Or open. Apply salt ,haldi, Malvani masala, Green paste     with dhania leaves, garlic n green chilli.. Mix all this nicely with fish.. keep for some time. Then roll it in the mixture of  Rice powder, Fine  Rawa ,little of salt   n some malvani masala. Shallow fry it with some oil.
