My Thali Today.....Onion Ginger Coconut Tambli (Thand kadhi ) , Kakadi Salachi (peels,skin) Talasani , Alu Methi Bhaji ( Sabji ) , Bangda n Prawns Fry , Phulka .....n... Rice




Tambli ( with onion,ginger)... Recipe;


we make different varietis of tambli..either with garlic,or with onion-ginger..or palak tambli..all have different taste & recipes..

Today I made onion tambli means just ,made fine paste with fresh coconut,some red 
whole chillies,&small piece of tamarind..&

 After making fine paste lastly I added 1onion pieces,& small ginger,1tabsp dahi.,salt.&again ground it jst for few seconds..

we can add water as required..no need of heating it..

it tastes very yummy with hot steamed rice




Kakadi Salachi (Peels,or Skin) Talasani...

 Recipe Description:

This is my Granny's recipe...its very simple..and  tasty too..so try it..


Ingredients:

1.Kakadi peels-as much as u get. You can use any cucumber peels.

2.Garilc-8-10 cloves.

3.Red chillie-2-3

4.Salt-as per taste.

5.Sugar-pinch (optional)

6.Oil-1-2tsp.



Instructions:

1.Peel kakadi...cut the throw away peeled skin(sal).

2.Make tadka with oil,lots of garlic,red chillies.add chopped peels..add salt, pinch 

sugar.and saute it.. then keep stir fry till it cooks n  make crispy.

3.Talasani is ready within 5 minutes..

(I used Tavshe Peels Today ..but we can use any types of Kakadi peels...for this)..try it!!!





Methi Batata Bhaji..Recipe.

In a pan heat oil .add some  rai,3 crushed garlic fry little,add hing,haldi,red chilli powder.

add green chillies,then add 1finely chopped big  onions,fry for few seconds 

 add potato pieces.add sugar,salt and cover the pan ,

cook till potatoes get cooked.add methi leaves.cook for few minutes.use little water if you need . Cook for 2to 3 minutes..

Methi potato bhaji is ready to serve.




Fish Fry recipe..

Clean Bangda Fish  n Prawns. Make slits on Full Bangda...

apply salt,haldi,red chilli powder.add Garlic paste, n Home made red masala &mix 

it....apply to all the fish n Prawns separately.... 

roll it in fine rawa & rice powder mix..shallow fry in oil..fry fish is ready to serve..

Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)

My Thali...Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji , French Beans Kismur , Vilayati Dal , (Simple Dal Varan with Kanda, lasun ) , Gongura Chutney.. Tangy n Spicy Andhra Chutney....n...Rice.

  French Beans Kismur Recipe.. Ingredients: 1.parasbi(french beans)- 250gms,finely chopped. 2.onion -2 small, finely chopped. 3.grated coconut - 3/4-1 wati 4.green chillies-2 long slits. 5.lemon juice -1 tsp or to taste 6.salt to taste 7.dhania leaves- finely chopped for garnishing 8.oil - to fry (appx 2-3 tb sp) Instructions: 1.heat oil in a fry pan add chopped parasbi, little  salt, green chilly and fry till its crispy and light  brown. 2.In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut,  little salt, fried parasbi, dhania leaves and  lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve. Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji Recipe.. Remove skin of Suran.. you can take Suran piece  as much as your need. Grate it thicker  not fine. ( Wheat Rava )... 1 cup Grated fresh Coconut...3/4 cup. Green Chilies... 3to 4 as per taste ..chopped finely. Grated Ginger... 1tsp.. or 1  inch Ginger piece. Salt..as per taste.. Sugar ..1 tsp.or Gud... Small piece as per taste. Oil.. to fry Thalipeeth or Doddak. Water..to mix dough. Method... Mix together Rava.. gratedCucumber..  grated fresh Coconut,  Finely Chopped Green  chillies, Grated Ginger, Salt, Sugar or Jaggery (Optional ), n Water as needed.. make a soft dough..
