 Tarle (Saradines ) Fish n Prawns Tikhle

Recipe...


clean 10 to 12 tarle fish & 6 to8 Prawns ...add 

salt,haldi and keep aside 

roast10-12 red Bedgi chillies in few drops of oil 

for 1 minute.

grind 2tabsp grated coconut,red chillies,1/4tsp 

haldi,2-3 garlic cloves, 1/4 sp of Dhania 

seeds, 3to4 Black pepper , 3 to4 Tirphala ,small 

ball of tamarind.make fine,smooth paste 

with water.

Boil ground masala, by adding some more water.

add  Tarle  fish in it.. and boil it  for 3 to 5 

minutes... sprinkle coconut oil on it or you can  

Add Garlic Tadka in the curry... n cover it.curry 

is ready to serve..

cover with lid. Tikhle is ready..serve with Rice.



Tomato Rasam

Recipe...


Chop 2-3 tomatoes. grind it in mixie without water...

In a vessel take 3-4 glass water,add  Ground tomatoes.

add green chillies,crushed garlic,rasam powder.(or little sambhar powder or crushed 

dhania jeera n black pepper powder ) ,

Add currypatta,dhania leaves,little hing,salt,sugar(optional),imli juice,&boil for 10 

minutes on low flame.if needed add more water..boil till nicce Rasam aroma 

comes..switch off gas.. 

Add tadka of ghee,rai,whole red chilli,hing,curry patta...i add pinch of rasam powder in 

tadka..Tomato Rasam will be ready.



Cabbage n Chana dal Sukke... 


Recipe..

This is a Mangalorean dish.. 

Soak 3 to 4 tabsps.of chana dal for 1 hour. 

Cook it in pressure cooker for 1 whistle or cook 

directly on a gas.

Chop Cabbage in slight big pieces..

add salt & water ..then cook it till soft. 

Or You can cook it in pressure cooker for 1 

whistles with Chana dal.

then in a tadka pan fry 1 tabsp. of dhania 

seeds, 1/2 tsp of white udid dal, 5..6 methi 

seeds.& 2 red whole chillies in few drops of oil.

then grind fresh grated coconut, above fried 

things,haldi,& little of chinch wtth water & make 

paste. 

then add this ground masala n little gud,some  

salt in Cooked Chana dal n Cabbage. boil it.. 

keep very little gravy..it shud be sukka.

then add tadka with coconut oil,rai,currypatta n  

in it..  sukke is ready to serve with Rice or Roti.

Grind Grated fresh coconut 1cup with garlic 3..chinch small 2 pieces ,  3whole red  chillies & salt as per taste with little  water. sprinkle some coconut oil on it. (This is optional)

My Thali...Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji , French Beans Kismur , Vilayati Dal , (Simple Dal Varan with Kanda, lasun ) , Gongura Chutney.. Tangy n Spicy Andhra Chutney....n...Rice.

  French Beans Kismur Recipe.. Ingredients: 1.parasbi(french beans)- 250gms,finely chopped. 2.onion -2 small, finely chopped. 3.grated coconut - 3/4-1 wati 4.green chillies-2 long slits. 5.lemon juice -1 tsp or to taste 6.salt to taste 7.dhania leaves- finely chopped for garnishing 8.oil - to fry (appx 2-3 tb sp) Instructions: 1.heat oil in a fry pan add chopped parasbi, little  salt, green chilly and fry till its crispy and light  brown. 2.In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut,  little salt, fried parasbi, dhania leaves and  lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve. Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji Recipe.. Remove skin of Suran.. you can take Suran piece  as much as your need. Grate it thicker  not fine. ( Wheat Rava )... 1 cup Grated fresh Coconut...3/4 cup. Green Chilies... 3to 4 as per taste ..chopped finely. Grated Ginger... 1tsp.. or 1  inch Ginger piece. Salt..as per taste..
