My Thali.. Vaal Papdi Bhaji with Green Mirchi Kharda or Thecha , Tadka Dal , Whole Masoor Masala , Mirchi Bhajiya, Phulka....n.....Rice.


 Vaal Papdi Bhaji with Green Mirchi Kharda or Thecha...

Recipe...

Wash 250 gms Vaal Papdi. Make it half n then chop it in small pieces..

Make fresh Kharda.. crush or dry grind 1 tabsp of grated dry coconut , 2 tabsp.of roasted 

Grond nuts powder, 8to 10 Garlic cloves n pinch of salt together ..

Then make tadka with 1tabsp. of oil ..add 1/4 tsp.of mustard seeds, curry patta, hing , 

Haldi, then add  Prepared Green Mirchi Kharda or Thecha. Stir it properly..

Then add chopped Vaal Papdi..Mix it..add salt as per taste..saute..

Then add some water..cover it n cook till Vaal Papdi gets well cooked..

Garnish with Dhania n ready to serve.




Tadka Dal...

Recipe...


Pressure cook 1 Cup Toor Dal  till Dal cooks very soft.. then mash it or mix it till no  Dal grain remains. 

Add water as much you need.. keep for boiling..add salt in it.... mix it.. boil it properly.. keep the thickness of Dal as you like.

Make tadka with Ghee ..add mustard seeds, jeera, green chilli  add cushed lots of Garlic n

 Whole Red Chilli pieces ..Fry till Garlic gets slight Brown...add some Haldi..add tomao 

pieces..fry it .add 

tadka in Dal.. Garnish with Dhania leaves..

Tomato Dal is ready to serve..




Whole Masoor Masala......

Recipe..


Pressure cook whole masoor with some chopped onion n ginger ,garlic paste or crushed 

& water..

then take some oil..make tadka of rai,jeera, chopped garlic,haldi,chilli powder ,goda 

masala or garam masala,n some Kolhapuri masala..

thenadd n fry finely chopped onions,chopped tomatoes,green chillies..add 1 tabsp.of 

grated dry coconut.

Then add masoor,salt,kokum,little gud..stir it nicely..boil it till it gets well mixed.

Keep gravy as much as you need...make it thick as per taste..

garnish with dhania leaves..and serve.





Mirchi Bhajiya....

Recipe..

give slit to thick long green mirchis..

add salt,hing,& 2tabsp dahi ..mix it and. keep aside... 

make batter of besan,some rice powder,hing,salt,haldi,chillipowder,black pepper 

powder,dhania leaves...

dip mirchis in it and, deep fry it till bhajiyas will be crispy.

My Thali...Grated Suran Andhra Bhaji.. Yam Sabji , French Beans Kismur , Vilayati Dal , (Simple Dal Varan with Kanda, lasun ) , Gongura Chutney.. Tangy n Spicy Andhra Chutney....n...Rice.

  French Beans Kismur Recipe.. Ingredients: 1.parasbi(french beans)- 250gms,finely chopped. 2.onion -2 small, finely chopped. 3.grated coconut - 3/4-1 wati 4.green chillies-2 long slits. 5.lemon juice -1 tsp or to taste 6.salt to taste 7.dhania leaves- finely chopped for garnishing 8.oil - to fry (appx 2-3 tb sp) Instructions: 1.heat oil in a fry pan add chopped parasbi, little  salt, green chilly and fry till its crispy and light  brown. 2.In a serving bowl, add onion,grated coconut,  little salt, fried parasbi, dhania leaves and  lemon juice and mix well. 3.garnish with dhania leaves and serve.
